I did a little experiment today with the microwave :-0
Ingrediants:
100g SR Flour
100g Caster Sugar
100g Margarine
2 Eggs
All you need to do is stick it in a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients until it looks like cake mix. Then pour it in a suitable pudding basin and nuke it in the microwave for 4 1/2 minutes.
